2004 CrauforD Maroon Vineyard Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon
This fine Cabernet from a single vineyard 1200 feet above sea level shows the great complexity and concentration of mountain-grown fruit, with its flavors of ripe red cherry, a noticeable hint of milk chocolate and notes of violet and slate.Available in .375!
2005 CrauforD Maroon Vineyard Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon
The 2005 CrauforD Napa Cabernet from the Maroon Vineyard on Howell Mountain is produced by famed wine-maker Chris Corley. Featuring great depth and complexity,the nose offers tantalizing aromas of fresh black currants, rich oak and mocha. The wine has a pleasant mouth feel with well integrated tannins. Blackberry, licorice, and cassis flavors echo on the long finish. It will pair perfectly with lamb, game meats, flavorful steaks or dark chocolate. The wine drinks beautifully now but can be cellared and enjoyed through 2016.
2007 Castlebank Old Vines Dry Creek Zinfandel
This is everything that you want in an old vines Zinfandel from the famed Dry Creek Valley. Made by a family owned winery that has been making small production, hand-picked wines in Sonoma's Dry Creek Valley for generations. Full to medium bodied with gorgeous ripe blackberries, dark chocolate, spice and jam-like fruit flavors with well integrated vanilla oak. This will pair perfectly with barbeque, steaks, poultry and pork.
2006 J. Mauceri Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir
J. Mauceri winemaker Bruce Regalia was Goldeneye's founding winemaker and made its first seven vintages. Now the Pinot Noir specialist is concentrating on this artisanal small-lot project: Only 2000 cases were made. Elegant and sophisticated, this wine offers well-balanced flavors of raspberry and bing cherry with notes of milk chocolate, violet, mint and blueberry. Try it with roast chicken, turkey or grilled salmon.
2006 Kelley Creek Dry Creek Schneider Vineyard Merlot
This beautiful single vineyard merlot from respected winemaker Scott Lindstrom-Dake had a tiny production of 405 cases as it was from the Schneider Vineyard in Dry Creek's Sonoma Valley. Delicious black cherries, plum and cherry spice with a velvety mouth feel and a delightful long finish. Perfect with grilled meats, chicken and pork.
2004 Maxwell Creek Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon
A blackberry scented bouquet with blueberries, licorice and pleasant toasty vanilla oak. On the palate, classic creme de cassis with black plum, espresso, spice box and dark cherries with a beautiful lingering finish. The wine was aged 19 months in both French and American Oak, 37% of which was new oak. Enjoy with a hearty roast, lamb chops, marbled steaks or Cassoulet.
2006 Mockingbird Hill Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon
This beautiful wine offers the best qualities of Napa Valley Cabernet ––fresh, vibrant black fruit –– with the great structure, complexity and long finish that characterize great Bordeaux. There’s a rich current of ripe, fresh blackberry and blueberry along with notes of coffee, mocha and caramel. It’s a knockout with lamb chops, marbled steaks and prime rib.
2006 Rancho Napa Special Reserve Cuvee
This is the marquee wine from Napa's Phoenix Vineyards winemaker David Bader. This Cabernet Sauvignon/Merlot blend has aromas of blackberries and spearmint which leads into a nice, full-bodied wine with moderate tannins and a pleasant mouth feel. Loads of fresh fruit including figs, espresso, and licorice, with dark berries and a beautiful, long finish. Only 500 cases produced. SOLD OUT!

2008 Kingsford Manor Napa Valley Sauvignon Blanc
This superb Sauvignon Blanc has a captivating nose with pink grapefruit, candied pineapple and lush tropical fruit. Very well balanced with peach, lemon custard, melon and hints of exotic fruit. A delightful summer wine that will pair nicely with raw and cooked seafood, fish and as an apertif. Only 720 cases produced.
2008 Thea Dry Creek Valley Sauvignon Blanc
This spectacular single vineyard Sauvignon Blanc is from Sonoma's Cry Creek Valley, made by famed winemaker Bill Knuttell. Fresh and crisp with distinctive grapefruit, melon and tropical fruit flavors with a beautiful finish. Enjoy with fish, seafood or as an aperitif. Only 600 cases made.
2007 Thumbprint Russian River Valley Chardonnay
The Westside Vineyard is prime land in the Russian River Valley for Chardonnay as other prominent producers like Gary Farrell have farmed from this vineyard in the past. An intriguing nose of pear, apple and a touch of honeysuckle. Nice crisp fruit including tangelos, pineapple and apricot, with hints of Meyer lemon and tropical fruit on the finish. It will pair nicely with raw and cooked shellfish, and white fish dishes like Tilapia, Flounder and Mahi-mahi. Only 800 cases produced.
2007 Mockingbird Hill Napa Valley Chardonnay
Expressive aromas of pear, butterscotch, and peach. Wonderfully crafted, well balanced with apple pie spice, cinnamon, nectarine, and tropical flavors. Finishes bright and clean with juicy fruit, apricot and floral nuances. Pairs well with Tilapia, crab cakes, and chicken francaise. Only 2,000 cases produced.
OTHER WINES
Rigol 1897 Cava
Made by the traditional methods, this Cava spent more than 9 months on its lees in a cool, dark cave in Spain, giving it deeper flavors and a richer mouthfeel. This bubbly is smooth and round with delicious flavors of apricot, peach and green apple. It’s the perfect wine for parties and toasts.
